Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sunrise Paragliding Kamshet, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy to be as transparent and fair as possible.

🎯 Free Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled flight will receive a full refund.

⚠️ Partial Refunds

• 3–7 days before flight: 25% cancellation fee
• 24 hours–3 days before flight: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours before flight: 100% cancellation fee

🚫 No Refund

No refund will be issued for no-shows or if cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled flight.

🌦 Weather Conditions

If a flight is cancelled due to weather or safety conditions, we will provide a rescheduling option or a full refund, whichever the customer prefers.
