At Sunrise Paragliding Kamshet, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy to be as transparent and fair as possible.

🎯 Free Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled flight will receive a full refund.

⚠️ Partial Refunds

  • 3–7 days before flight: 25% cancellation fee
  • 24 hours–3 days before flight: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours before flight: 100% cancellation fee

🚫 No Refund

No refund will be issued for no-shows or if cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled flight.

🌦 Weather Conditions

If a flight is cancelled due to weather or safety conditions, we will provide a rescheduling option or a full refund, whichever the customer prefers.

What is the refund policy for weather cancellations of paragliding in Kamshet?

If your Kamshet paragliding flight is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions (strong wind, rain, or poor visibility), we will reschedule your paragliding flight to the next available slot at no extra cost. If you cannot reschedule, a full refund is issued.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my Kamshet paragliding booking?

Customer-initiated cancellations for Kamshet paragliding made at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a nominal charge. No-shows for paragliding flights are not eligible for a refund.

How long does it take to process a Kamshet paragliding refund?

Kamshet paragliding refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you paid in cash at the paragliding site, we arrange a bank transfer or UPI refund.

Do I need to pay in advance to book paragliding in Kamshet?

Yes, a ₹500 per person deposit reserves your Kamshet paragliding slot and the balance is paid at the meeting point on the day. If we cancel your paragliding flight for weather, the deposit is carried to your rescheduled slot or refunded in full.

What happens if I arrive late for my scheduled paragliding slot in Kamshet?

If you arrive late for your Kamshet paragliding flight, we will try to accommodate you in a later paragliding slot the same day subject to availability. If no slot is available, your paragliding booking may be rescheduled. No refund is issued for late arrivals.

Can I reschedule my Kamshet paragliding flight instead of cancelling?

Yes, you can reschedule your Kamshet paragliding flight at no cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone. Paragliding rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability.
